Sweet & Sour Pork
Heat one tablespoon of oil in a wok or a large frying pan over a high heat. Cook five hundred grams of dived pork, in batches, for five minutes, until well browned, remove and set aside.

Add one sliced onion and one sliced carrot, cook for five minutes. Add two sliced celery stalks and one crushed garlic clove and cook for one minute.

Return the pork to the pan. Add one four hundred gram can of diced pineapple and the juice, three quarters of a cup of Fountain Tomato Sauce, one third of a cup of white vinegar, bring to the boil, stirring occasionally.

Combine three teaspoons of cornflour with three teaspoons of water, add to the pork mixture while stirring continuously. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for five minutes until thickened. Serve with steamed rice. Serves four.

Nachos In A Minute
Place some Doritos Corn Chips on a microwave safe plate and top with Doritos Salsa and Kraft Cream Cheese Spread.

Microwave on high for one to two minutes or until hot and melted. Sprinkle with spring onions if desired. Serves 6.
